Everyday in the Real Estate industry is different and that's what makes my career exciting. Clients that come to me to for help are either first time homebuyers that are not familiar with the home buying process. In that case I use a variety of tools to help educate advise and guide them before during and after the real estate transaction. I also work closely with sellers. Sellers always have a clear understanding of what the value of their home is when they work with me and I use a different set of tools for them so they understand how different factors determine estimated value of their specific property before we go on the market.
My passion and gift is to be an encourager and I use this to encourage you through the process which is usually deemed stressful. I believe it's my job to manage your stress which is caused by the unknowns. These unknowns are questions you do not have answers to as well as not being familiar with the real estate process whether you are buying a home selling a home or doing both at the same time (yes it is possible).
